Like any other website, particularly those with interactive options, we may collect and use certain information.  We are required by law to tell you what that is, how we get it, and what we do with it.

When you come to the site, we receive notification that our site has had a visitor.  We will know the general area you signed into our site from and we use this vague information purely for site use tracking purposes; to see whereabouts our visitors are located and if we perhaps need to tweak somethings to reach our target audience.

If you use the contact us form, or reach out to us in any other method, we are going to receive some personal information from you, such as your name, email, and whatever message you send us.  We use this information to get back to you, track site engagement, and understand your questions or comments.  We keep this information under the strictest confidentiality and this will not be shared with anyone outside the business or used for any purpose that would not be reasonable to assume given the intent of the contact.

We do not collect any payment data directly through this site, but any payment information you may provide to us through email or other contact will not be shared with others, and again, used only for its intended purpose in accordance with any contract.

We (obviously) may contact you in the case of you reaching out to us, and we can do this in a variety of ways, whichever seems best or is requested by you.  This can be by phone, email, Facebook, or Instagram.  We are not in the habit of doing this unrequested, but If you do not wish to receive any further contact from us simply let us know through any of our provided contact options.

We legally have to inform you of this next part so that we can possibly make minor modifications to this page, but don't worry, we aren't trying to pull a fast one on you.

 We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy that will directly effect your personal information and how we handle it, we will notify you that the policy has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
